TRAVEL'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  
Participants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following conditions. Freedom Limousine shall be known as "We" in the conditions listed below.

Terms and conditions:

You are strongly advice to show up at the departure area 15 minute earlier each time before departure. We will not be held responsible for any lateness in the events of late arrival.

We shall not at any time or in any manner be responsible for injuries, damage, accident, loss, delay, theft, quarantine, customs regulation, strike, deportation or refusal of entry by Immigration Authorities resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. Any loses & expenses are the responsibility of the passenger. We bear no responsible for delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.

We also reserve the right to require any individual to withdraw from the bus or hotel if deemed his/her act of conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony & welfare of other passengers as a whole. We shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person. We reserve the right to take photographs & films of passenger while on board which to be used for brochures advertising or publicity material without obtaining any further consent from passenger.

It is passenger's responsibility to ensure that his/her international passport has a validity of at least 6 months from the date of departure. Relevant visas and vaccinations may be required. Please ensure that participant have valid travel visas. No refund will be issue if participant failed to obtain or deny the visas. For Singapore permanent residents, please bring along your exit permits when travelling. For foreign passport holders, it is the passenger's responsibility to hold valid necessary visas. All proper travel documentation is the sole responsibility of the participants.

Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended with respect to such areas as loss of personal baggage, personal accident, injury & illness. 

Each bus comes with a tour guide. You are strongly advised not to pay any tips to the tour guide and the driver. If the tour guide demand tips from you, please report it to us.

Participant has to bear all the additional charges during the hotel stay like consumptions of drinks, meals and all the hotel facilities provided by the hotels. In the events of damages of hotel facilities or late checkout caused by participant, participant has the responsible to bear all the charges. We will not be held in any manners for any responsibility.

Upon departure from Singapore, you are allowed to board any buses. After the Malaysia checkpoint clearance, each participant will be assign to their allocated seat and bus. No bus hopping is allowed. No exchange of seat is allowed. We reserve the rights not to allow passenger to board the bus if they refuse to follow our instructions.

The amount is non refundable and non transferable. In the event of cancellation by participant, no refund will be given.

Prices vary depends on when you sign up, which race you are joining, which hotel you are staying and what type of room you are staying. We can’t promise to have the same prices for all participants. However, you will get the same attentions and competitive rates from us.
